+ -1 moreMac Remodeling made some changes for the Seller of the house we bought. I asked the Seller to bring the receipts for their work to the closing. She forgot, but gave me their name saying I could get the receipts from him. On her recommendation, we contacted him for the receipts an an estimate on a new basement door. We've been chasing him (Sean) now for four months, no estimate and no receipts. It was one excuse after another. Finally he told us that his lawyer told him to not give us the receipts ... this seems suspicious.
