Carl and his crew are absolutely incredible. My front fender was a hit-and-run and an unknown to me previous repair (not done by Lucci) was splitting and Lucci Collision did a fabulous job in making my car look brand new again.

Carl and everyone I talked to at the shop were friendly, polite and professional. Carl is great and worked with me to make things as convenient as possible. He made my car look again like brand new - my car is a unique newer color but they matched it perfectly. The work was done on time and price was very reasonable. I hope I don't need him often but would definately go back to him again and highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

The service was fine. But I went in a week before and got a quote of about $650. Stupid me didn't get that in writing, and when I dropped off the car with the insurance write-up, the work ended up being more than double that price.

Very well. Looks as good as new! Vehicle was done on time, as promised. They even vacuumed the interior.

Such a pleasant experience all around.  The estimate that was given to me was exactly on par with what the work actually cost.  The price was incredibly fair and the work that was done was impeccable and seamless--my car looks brand new.  Carl was incredibly easy to work with and made getting the work done convenient for me.  They were efficient and very pleasant to deal with.  The work was done before they said it would be.  Will have any body work that we need done from now on at this shop and will send our friends.

This was not a particularly tough job-- mainly some fasteners needed to be spot welded to hold the panel back on.  But when you're driving around with duct tape holding your car together, you appreciate quick turnaround!  Lucci's did their usual great job, well under estimated price.  Even offered to drive me back home while the work was being done.  Courteous, low price, and quality service.  Can you beat that?

Carl gave me a written estimate and said there could be additional damage that was not visible before the bumper was removed. The out-of-state insurance company sent an independent adjuster to do an independent review, and he came up with a slightly higher estimate amount. Carl and the insurance company worked together to provide a rental car for three days and two nights; that went very smoothly. He did the repairs, and found there was no hidden damage other than a bent brace, which he straightened and put back in place at no extra charge. If there had been additional damage, Carl would have worked that out with the insurance company with no inconvenience to me. The car was ready when he said it would be, so I went over in the rental car to pick it up. The front of our car looked great. I paid by check (having deposited the insurance company's check in my account). I left the rental car at Lucci's for the rental car company to pick up. It was great to put the episode behind me. Carl helped make the whole process a lot easier than it might have been. Consistent good service, and friendly too.

Lucci's did a terrific job. The van door and mirror look like new-- even though using used parts. The mirror tilt control works perfectly too. They even touched up some some rust areas elsewhere on the vehicle. The cost came in lower than estimate and they got the job done right on schedule. I hope its not necessary soon, but I will return to Lucci's anytime I need body work in the future.

They were very responsive and offered me a ride home every time. Because I was about to leave for a trip out of town, they were able to finish in an extremely speedy time (although I wish they had called me when I showed up to pick up the car and they told me it got delayed by a day). Gave me a very honest and reasonable quote, left my car looking like brand new again after my car got side swiped! They are very friendly people who work hard and do good work. There was a hiccup in the amount I was quoted and the amount I was charged - but I believe it was an honest mistake and they corrected it as soon as possible. Just be sure to document everything and to double check everything to your satisfaction before leaving.

They were very good. I called them up and they gave me a very fair estimate. They got the car done on the schedule that they said. They did a good job so I was very pleased.

They did body work on my car, replacing a front bumper. Gave me a very good price by getting me an aftermarket bumper.

I submitted this once. I no longer remember the details, but the job took a couple days longer than expected. Service was pleasant and they provided transportation.

I was asleep Dec. 1st 2012 at 3am when a drunk driver in a Ford Escape SUV hit my 5 month old 2012 Honda and wrecked the front and back end of the car, knocking it up onto a curb and into a Chevy Econo Van. It was also a huge pain to deal with the insurance company of the driver (who had gone to jail that night for drunk driving), since the driver reported to her insurance company that she was the only vehicle involved in the accident (not the four cars she actually hit too) and the police had been too busy to finish/file a crash/accident report. Needless to say, I had to get to work Monday morning, and I needed a rental car. I had called Mr. Lucci on Sunday, Dec. 2nd, and he called me back promptly assuring me that everything was going to be okay. Monday morning came, and Mr. Lucci called the rental car place, had the rental car set up a rental car for me and meet me at my house with the car, towed my car to their facility, and called me an hour later to make sure the rental car was okay. Mr. Lucci was my superhero that Monday.
Tuesday the 4th (which also happened to be my birthday) was another difficult day of dealing with insurance companies, and Mr. Lucci said to me that he would call them himself and take care of things. He did, and saved me even more time and stress. That evening, I drove home, got my purse out of the passenger side, closed the door, and the side mirror panel fell right out of the rental car and onto the ground. I started to panic thinking about how I was going to have to deal with MORE insurance company mess, knowing that it hadn't been my fault (I had noted the first day that the side mirror electronics were not working, but it was more important to get to work at that point). I called Mr. Lucci, explained what happened (probably rather frantically, poor guy), and he said he would meet me at the rental car place the next day to make sure that the problems were smoothed over. He evidently called the place or arranged something, because I got there a little early the next day and the car rental place manager was extremely kind and understanding to my predicament, and they had already set me up with a Honda (I missed my Honda!). Mr. Lucci called to make sure I was okay and happy with the Honda later that evening since I had already taken care of the rental car before he showed up. Super. Hero.
Next, the drunk driver's insurance company only offered used and non-genuine Honda parts prices/reimbursement to Mr. Lucci (jerks). I was horrified, because I had just bought the car brand new, and I already knew the insurance company was going to try and screw me over. However, Mr. Lucci did the legwork of finding Honda genuine parts from dealers and having them match or get close to the insurance company prices. He even used the money the insurance company gave him to tow my car to his shop to cover the difference in cost for the Honda genuine parts, because he is a good person and knew I couldn't afford to cover the difference. Mr. Lucci called me on several occasions to keep me in the loop of what was going on at all times. Insurance delayed work being started by almost a week, but they ordered parts as soon as they could and jumped into working on the car quickly.
Once Mr. Lucci's shop started work, they found even more damage, and he called the drunk driver's insurance company back out to give estimates/reimbursement for the additional parts. Again, they shorted him on parts prices, but he found a way to get me Honda parts. I am eternally grateful for this, and I already was overjoyed and satisfied with everything he was doing.
I was hoping to have my car in time to go to see family over the holidays, and let Mr. Lucci know that I was hoping to drive my Honda down to NC. On Friday, the 21st, I called and they were trying to finish the car up that night so I could leave at 6 am on the 22nd to get a head start on holiday traffic. They called me at 7:45 pm that Friday night saying the car was ready, and I rushed on over there excited to be getting my car back. I found that they were having a company Christmas party all through the garage with about a hundred people, and that they had worked late while the party had already started at the garage to ensure that my car was ready that night. There were lots of nice and friendly people everywhere - I quickly found Mr. Lucci and he invited me to stay and have food with them! I still had not finished packing, so I sadly had to decline, but I will not forget how kind and gracious he and his workers were that day to make sure that I was set for the road, delaying their fun so that they could take care of a customer. What wonderful folks! Not to mention, my Honda looks perfect and drives like new again! They provided me with plenty of paperwork describing and explaining all of the work that they completed, and left none of my questions unanswered.
Mr. Lucci personally walked me to my car, and looked it over with me, got me settled, and then took care of the rental car, calling them the next day to pick it up! He even called me several times afterwards to make sure everything was okay with the car. I wasn't able to return his call last week (yes, he called me in the middle of January to make sure that the car was still driving okay since the alignment had been affected) because I had caught the flu that has been going around like wildfire. I'm going to call him as soon as my voice is back and tell him that I finally finished this review! Of all the crummy things that happened last year (this was the second car accident, the first I was injured badly), Mr. Lucci was a bit of an angel for me. Thanks so much, Mr. Lucci!

I had originally gone in for a quote on body damage done to my car from another car. The owner was able to give me a realistic estimate of services. When I could no longer afford the work, he recommended practical, real solutions. Reliable and trustworthy. I have been going back for parts and services ever since that day.

My car had been hit while parked in a garage. I checked Angie’s List and found Lucci’s Collision Center. Everything about the experience was awesome. They are fast, friendly and meticulous - you would never know there was work done. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

I took my car to Lucci's, where the owner examine it and provided me with an estimate for multiple body repairs (dents, scratches, two damaged bumpers and minor collision damage to the front). This examination took about 10-15 minutes. He was able to give me an appointment the following week.
The repairs took a week to complete; when the job was done, the car looked like new.
Part of the work was covered by insurance. Mr. Lucci and a representative of my insurance company (Progressive) had independently examined the car to estimate the cost of repairs. Their estimates coincided almost to the dollar.

When I called, they made an appointment for the following week. I took the car in and it was done the next day. It looks as good as new. They were very pleasant and professional to work with.

After our car was hit, I searched Angie's List for a collision shop. Lucci's had great reviews and was very close by, so I called. They told me to bring it by any time, so we took the car in the next day. It took less than a week for them to complete the work and the part of the car that they worked on looks great! They even spent a good deal of time trying to put one of the lug nuts back on that was stripped had come off because of a previous mechanic's mistakes. When we picked up the car, they even handled returning our rental car for us. We were very satisfied with the work that they did, and the customer service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to send a friend there.

UPDATE: Our car was hit again in April of 2013 - this time rear ended by a pickup truck on the parkway. We had an even better experience the second time around. They went above and beyond, calling the insurance adjuster to get them to come out ASAP to look at the car and get us a rental car and once again the work they did was excellent. I highly recommend this shop!

I recommend them. You would never know there was work done. They did a fantastic job. Their price and quality of work were excellent. I would use them again in the future.

Lucci's did a great job. Had the car cleaned and washed before pickup. I though that was a nice touch. I needed he car back before Friday due to an out of town business trip. He had it done two days before, for which I was greatly relieved.

car was accepted on due date and returned in good condition. at this point the repairs looks very well done.

It looked as good as new when they were finished and they did not have to repaint. they took me home and then picked me up when the car was ready.( I live about two miles away) THey were excellent and honest. ( They did a section and had me look at it to see if I was satisfied before completing the job. )
