When my wife and I first began looking to purchase a home, we were referred to Lori. Lori helped us navigate the market, neighborhoods, approval process, contract negotiations and was by our side 100% from beginning to end. She always made us feel like we were her only clients, although we knew how busy she was. Her expertise in forming buyer's strategies and writing contracts was second to none - The ONLY reason we were able to get into our dream home was because of her experience and dedication to us as clients.

Lori was amazing and so easy to work with! She was patient, flexible and open to hearing our ideas. Lori was eminently professional, responsible and a joy to work with. We would highly recommend her for any real estate need.

Lori was very responsive. She helped us price the home competitively, stage and photograph. It sold in one week. She also managed the closing process for us since we could not be present. She was terrific to work with and I will certainly contact her when I am ready to buy again.

Lori did an amazing job.  At our first meeting she showed us 3 properties and was not pressuring, she said "this is a joint venture and I never ask anyone to sign with a first meeting...let me explain Howard Hanna's contract and how I work, then you and your wife should go home and talk it over."  I appreciated her easy going approach, but dont get the wrong impression...once signed and looking she is driven, motivated, and passionate about helping you find your home.  She has a sincere love for real-estate and it showed throughout.  She never got frustrated with us and several times said, "you'll know your home when you walk into it...it will just be the one."  She showed us all the properties we requested and found ones for us on her own time.  She made many great suggestions during our endeavor...such as resale value, if floors felt unlevel, etc.  We found her to be very knowledgeable, professional, and have our best interest at heart.  Once the offer was made Lori was organized and kept in touch...she had a timesheet with all important dates/deadlines to have completed and made sure things got done.  I'd highly recommend listening to her if she recommends her mortgage broker (we didn't and it was a mistake) and her title company Barristers Land were easy to work with and organized at the closing.  We had a great experience with Lori and have no reservations recommending her  to others.  She truly loves what she does and is professional.  Thank you Lori for helping us find our home and making it happen!!!

We had moved out of Pittsburgh and after our house had been on the market for a year without being sold we decided to look for a new realtor (for a number of reasons). We found Lori on Angie's list and she came highly recommended so we contacted her. She met with us and was very professional. She looked at the house carefully and gave her best advice on what we needed to do to sell the house. Within less than 3 months of listing the house with Lori, we had a buyer lined up and the house was sold within 4 months of the listing. Lori was very helpful throughout the process and whenever we had a question, she responded quickly. Also, since the house was empty, she took time to check on it every once in awhile and one day the boiler had turned off, and if she had not stopped by to check on the house, the pipes probably would have frozen. In short, Lori was wonderful to work with and she does her job very well.

Due to the passing of my father, we were selling the house and moving my mother out of state.  Suring this turbulent period, Lori was a godsend.  She assisted my mother in arranaging inspections and recommending craftsmen for pre-sale repairs.  She was very patient and helpful, recognizing this was only one of many things the family had to contend with.  Unfortunatealy, the house didn't sell before we had to move my mother.  Fortunataely, Lori was our agent.  She insured the property was maintained and cared for, and kept in regular contact with us.  She made managing long distance as trouble free as possible.  When the sale was finally arranged, she insured all actions were accomplished and walked us through the whole process.  Everything went remarkably smoothly, primarily due to her personal attention.  With us being out of state, I believe Lori went well outside of her reasonably expected responsibilities to insure everything was taken care of, and to provide us peace of mind.  During this process she was always accessible, either giving us regular updates or quickly responding to any of our inquiries.  Lori provides world-class service.  Our family can't begin to express our appreciation on how well she took care of us.  I would advise anyone who needs any real estate services to elilminate any stress and hassles, and contact Lori first.

Lori was very professional and navigated a transaction through odd requests from the buyer and the buyer needing to obtain new financing in the middle of the contract and we still closed on time!
