Ty at Lincoln Renovations is thorough, honest, and an excellent craftsman. He did an amazing job with a major renovation including taking out a structural wall, moving two staircases, adding an en suite bathroom to our primary bedroom, and completely remodeling the kitchen. He even salvaged old trim and repurposed doors to ensure the renovation stayed true to the original beauty of the home. He was great at communicating about unexpected changes to the scope and timeline, and offered different options mindful of our budget. We also hired him to repair and replace the porch, back deck, and all the exterior trim and gutters on our 100-year-old house and he made it look beautiful! Iâ d highly recommend Lincoln Renovations.

Ty is a very talented and knowledgeable contractor. He is even tempered, changes and additions are not a problem. I was very happy with the final result. His pricing is fair. I will use him in the future as projects arise.
