Housing space and items peripheral to the job are always protected. Subs Used- One contractor is used on a regular basis in assisting with projects and as a qualified installer with the same high standards and is fully insured. Fully insured and licensed plumbing and electrical subs are used as needed for bigger projects and are masters of their trade. Handyman services are available for a fee of $150 which includes the first hour and $60 per hour /$100 for two men per hour after that plus materials. Bigger projects will be estimated based on scope of job. Free estimates.
