The installers arrived a week ahead of schedule which I was very happy with.
They verified exactly what I wanted and did the job quickly.
They also cleaned up making it look as if they hadn't been there.

After a few estimates from various sources, we found that Lifetime
aluminum awnings were definitely the best blend of affordable and
long-lasting.
We put in our order and after a few weeks, the install was scheduled. The workmen came on schedule but discovered that that salesman had made a few errors in measuring. They left to re-order the difference and came back in another few weeks. This was handled very professionally and we appreciated their honesty and willingness to do it right instead of just making what he had work somehow.
The installers were personable and efficient and worked well into the evening to get as much done as possible before finishing for the day. The work took about a day and a half.

We had a bad storm last February and my awnings came down. I called and gave them the job. They kept stallign and stalling until July when they came and installed the awnings. The awning over my kitchen door is loose and coming down and they need to fix it. I called and called and all I get are messages and no return calls. I have made multiple efforts to get ahold of them but they never return any of my inquiries. Last week I finally got a call back and they were supposed to send someone out last Thursday but no one came out. I called to ask where the service person was but I haven't heard back since. I am afraid to go out my kitchen door because I'm terrified the awning will fall on me.

They said they'd get back with me. I never heard back from them, but then, out of nowhere, a gentleman showed up at my house on a Sunday. They did ask me if I was available on the weekends, but I feel they should have contacted me before they showed up at my house. I went ahead and signed a contract with the company, but then was having second thoughts and decided not to use the company. I informed the company and felt that they were upset with me. He said he would send my check back to me and informed me that there were only 2 companies in the city that did awnings and that he would see my name on the service order and I wouldn't get them before the snowfall. I didn't think this was very professional. I did receive my check back and he cancelled the contract for me.

The awning was so paper thin that a ice cycle dented the awning. They would stand by the product and had to come back and fix but it would cost me $75 more dollars. He wanted $200. It was less than a year old. He would not stand by his product. The name life time product.
