I purchased a 3 piece greenish/gray wood bedroom set with adjustable mattress, mattress pad and pillow in November 2018 from the Robinson Twp store. I also purchased a 5yr multi coverage wood warranty for $179.99 + tax. Early December 2020, I noticed two dings on the footboard of the bed. Since the Robinson Twp store went out of business, I stopped in the Wexford store to inquire what could be done. The customer service people checked that I had a warranty and said "it should be covered", we'll send a claim to the warranty dept; and they will contact you by email. I received an email stating I needed to take a picture, upload it to them along with a claim form. I sent all of that information to them, and they sent an email back to me saying it was denied because I didn't notify them within 5 days of the damage, and that scratches weren't covered. First of all, I was being honest in saying I don't know exactly when or how it happened instead of lying. Secondly, I told them my cell phone pictures were not true to the damage as it is more than a slight scratch. You can feel the indentations. The warranty dept. agent said, "I could buy a crayon package from them or they would give me the name of a service person I could hire". Since the warranty dept on two occasions sounded like robots saying there was nothing they could do except for me to pay additional costs, I stopped into the Wexford store to speak to the manager. He also said there was nothing he could do. After much discussion, he went in search of a gray crayon to give me. I said I am in customer service as well and because I spent a considerable amount of money at Levin, as a good faith gesture, could you send out a technician to determine the damage? No, he said he did not have authority but would reach out to the warranty dept again. It has been two weeks since my last visit to the store, and I have not heard from the warranty dept. I am guessing I will not. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CHOOSE ANOTHER FURNITURE STORE TO MAKE ANY PURCHASES OTHER THAN LEVIN. They do not stand behind their warranty and do not care if you are happy or not.

We purchased a leather power reclining sofa and a matching leather power reclining loveseat. The Salesman, Larry, at the Wexford store was outstanding in his service and willingness to honor our requests. Delivery was as promised and the deliveymen were professional. They assembled, tested the power sofa and loveseat, and cleaned up and took away the packaging materials.

We purchased a leather sectional couch with two recliners from Levin in Robinson Twp, PA approximately three years ago.  We chose Levin because we wanted to buy quality furniture that would last.  We purchased an extended warranty with the couch in case we had issues with it down the road.  The sale went fine and we were happy with the process and the delivery.  They provided a leather protection kit which was nice.
We put the couch in our den which does not get used often for sitting.  It is more of an office.  The couch was seldom used for a couple years.
After about two years the recliner began to fail.  The steel was very weak and it broke becoming inoperable and stuck in the out position, hanging loosely so it offered no support to my feet. 
A couple months later the 'leather' began to peel.  An area about 12X15 inches began to peel on one of the headrests.  When it peeled, the 'leather' if it truly is leather was about as thick as a Giant Eagle bag and under which was clearly a vinyl layer.  I beleve the couch is actually vinyl but cannot prove this. 
We contacted Levin several times to try to get it fixed under our 5 year extended warranty.  They offered to provide the parts for the recliner but would not repair it.  They refused to do anything about the 'leather/vinyl'.  They said that peeling is not covered under the 5 year extended protection agreement we purchased.  We spoke to someone who was supposed to be a manager and someone who was supposed to be from the corporate office but got nowhere with anyone.  It was as if they had this happen all the time and did not care.  I informed them I would be posting this to Angie's List to warn others to not buy from them and they seemed completely indifferent. 
I went into the store and spoke to a sales person who said it is a poor quality couch that they sold me...?  It is a shame that the sales people know it is poor quality furniture and still continue to sell it at premium prices.
I used to think Levin was a high quality furniture showroom but was very wrong.  If I had shopped at Value City or some other outlet, I could have understood a couch not lasting for three years and them not wanting to back it but not at Levin.  I thought this was a quality company before this incident.
We are now buying furniture for a new home and will not be shopping at Levin.  Levin sells poor quality furniture at high prices and will not back their product even with an extended warranty.

The salesperson was very responsive and helpful on answering our questions, also very patient while we shopped around in their huge store. The quality of their furniture is outstanding too, which we think worth the money. The only complain we have is the side chair we ordered on April 6 hasn't arrived yet and we were notified by email that it won't be in their warehouse until early June. We are not very happy that we have to wait this long.

SALES PEOPLE WERE WELL INFORMED, POLITE, AND NOT PUSHY. THEY GAVE US AMPLE TIME TO MAKE OUR DECISION. THE SHOWROOM WAS VERY LARGE AND WE HAD MANY CHOICES. WE PURCHASED A 5-YEAR WARRANTY TO FIX OR REPLACE ANY DAMAGE TO OUR LEATHER FURNITURE, AVAILABLE AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE.

THE SALESMEN WAS VERY POLITE. THE SELECTION WAS LARGE. I WAS ABLE TO FINE A UNIT I LIKED. DELIVERY WAS ARRANGED PRETTY QUICKLY. I RECEIVED THE UNIT IN PERFECT CONDITION, BUT THE GLASS SHELVES DID NOT FIT. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WITHIN A WEEK THEY DELIVERED REPLACEMENT SHELVES THAT DID FIT.

THE SALESMAN WAS ON THE FLOOR QUICKLY TO SEE IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP. HE EXPLAINED THE PRICES AND GAVE US EXTRA DOLLARS OFF FOR PURCHASING MANY ITEMS. HE WAS THOROUGH AND QUICKLY TALLIED THE ORDER. THE MERCHANDISE WAS OF GOOD QUALITY AND WE WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE THERE AGAIN.
