I found Jim on Angie’s List and was impressed with his excellent reviews. I contacted him on a Friday and he came the following Wednesday to stretch the carpeting in two downstairs rooms. One room is 14x16’ and the other is about 16x18’ with an angled wall that extends the size to 16x21’ on one end. That room is bit more challenging because of a support beam in the center, which is framed in drywall and baseboard, and the carpet had ripples on all sides of the beam. Jim arrived promptly and immediately got to work. He was very nice and personable throughout and explained what he was doing as he proceeded. He clearly has a lot of experience and knew exactly how to address the problem of the support beam. He completed the job in 3 hours and it looks better than new. I am extremely pleased with Jim’s work and would definitely hire him again.

Jim did a fantastic job. He quickly responded to our inquiry and came out that week to perform the installation. He had great attention to detail and we are very pleased and would have him do other carpet installs for us.

Leone flooring took care of carpet re-stretching in my new home over Memorial Day weekend. Not only did Jim squeeze me into his busy schedule to accommodate my move-in schedule, he and his co-worker were on-time (even a couple minutes early) and got right to work. The carpet was vacuumed and all scraps removed, leaving me with carpets ready for the cleaner. The re-stretching turned out great, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jim for any future flooring needs.

The service was done about four weeks ago for $200. He worked differently than I have ever seen with anybody before for flooring. He sent me to the distributor to pick out the carpet and pay for it and then he went to the distributor and got the carpet and brought it here. He took out the old carpet pouch and put the new one. He did a very nice job, I was very pleased. I would use him again in the future.

Jim was excellent.  He called me back in minutes after leaving a message and came out the next day.  The quality of his work was wonderful.  Plus he was very professional, overall nice guy.  I will never purchase carpeting from a "big box" place again, but would definitely call Jim for any and all carpeting needs that I might have in the future!

He used his knowledge and helped us to choose the carpet and he did a great job for a reasonable price. He was very professional and arrived on time. He got it completed on time and we are very happy with how smooth everything went. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jim was excellent. He was on time for the estimate and showed up early on the install date.  Jim was very knowledgeable and gave us a good selection of carpet to choose from recommending higher grade padding (which was much better and worth the $20 difference) and what types of carpet would be best for our dog.  Jim got ordered our carpet and estimated a week until it was ready.  The carpet came early so he scheduled us immediately.  Jim arrived and got right to work installing the padding, tack strip and carpet.  He made a custom install on our first stair which looks amazing.  I do not see one single seam in any of the carpets!!  Jim got the whole upper floor done and was finished in about 6 or so hours.  After he was finished he moved furniture back into our rooms and even built the bed frame for us.  He even asked if I wanted him to stay to help move some other furniture.  Overall Leone flooring was an excellent value.  Jim has over 20 years of experience and is very knowledgeable, professional, and a great individual to work with.  I would recommend him to anyone thinking of installing carpet.
