Larry is always very quick to call back so when I called about a leak in our basement, he helped me figure out (over the phone) that the leak was coming from the kitchen sink. When we determined that a part of the faucet needed to be replaced, I just bought a new kitchen faucet since ours was old, and he replaced it the next day. Larry is the ONLY tradesman we've worked with who arrives exactly when he's promised to. We have used his plumbing service many times and are thankful to have him.

I called Larry during the afternoon on 3/26/2012 and left a message to call.  He called back that evening and made an appointment for early afternoon the next day, 3/27/2012.  He arrived on time at 1:00 and promptly unplugged the bathroom sink. He was here for about an hour and his fee was reasonable. Larry is a pleasant, and competent professional.  I have used him several times in the past and would not hesitate to hire him again. I have also recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Old tank started to leak and called Larry. He called back and we arranged to come in an hour. He replaced hot water tank and cleaned up after himself.

On a Saturday evening I went to take a shower and noticed that no hot water was coming, given it was not winter time, but still no one wants to take a cold shower. We called Mr. Brown and he came immediately. He was nice and efficient, he fixed the heater pilot really quickly (my husband couldn't ignite it, and Mr. Brown did this really quickly). He said his regular fee was $75, but since it was a Saturday evening, he charged us $100. Overall, we were satisfied, given that it was a weekend and it was late.

I have been using this gentleman for years. He is a one man show. He is honest, dependable, and affordable. He also knows what he is doing. I've always had a positive experience.
