General Remodeling
The work could have been done in two months, but it took them a very long time. They leave us for months at a time and don't come back. It has just been a nightmare. I finally called them and fired them, so they asked for time till December 31. They take 80% of the money upfront. They were overcharging like crazy. I was livid.

Concrete Repair
It took them some time. We had some rainy days and the work was delayed. The estimate increased after he saw some things that I was not counting on. He took a little bit extra time because he said he couldn't get the concrete. Our front path was smooth and when he did it he had put lines no-slip lines that I didn't see until it had set I'm not sure if I should have mentioned something but I didn't want them. He left foot prints on my other concrete and concrete that they should have swept off. He never sealed and mortared and it doesn't look the best.
