They charge per spraying. What I like is that the guy always calls before he comes in. I have a dog, so I asked him to call and he has never failed to do that. They have a service where if you have a particular concern that pops up, you can call them and talk to them about it, and they would make sure to look at that when they come. Actually, one time they came out just to look at something like that, so they are pretty responsive.
