Can’t get rid of weeds. Manager Lenny comes out says I cut too short. My mower is set on next to the highest setting. Brown spots all over my yard. Here it’s due to cinch bugs that eat the roots of the grass like grubs. They supposedly treated for that too. Lenny is a jerk who just wants to get in and out. Also you would think he and the technitions would notice this

This company is very professional. They always let us know when they will be arriving. They take care of our property while on site. They provide superior products and services, and for a great price. We plan on having L&M for the life of our lawn. They have provided services for this past season and we could see a big difference in our lawn as the season progressed. With aeration done just about a week ago, we should be off to a great start next season and have a beautiful lush yard.

We initially contacted L and M for weed control, but we ended up using them for several years for their year round treatment, which included aeration and fertilization.  Our lawn looked fantastic.  The only reason we stopped, was because of a pay decrease for my husband that forced us to cut back on non-necesseties.

The people I dealt with were very polite.  I appreciated that they always called on the day before the application date to be sure that it would be convenient.  I also appreciated that when I called with a particular concern, the office personnel apparently documented my problem and would pass it on to the person visiting my home.

I only wish the actual results could echo the nice personal interactions.  The sad fact is that my lawn looks so much worse than when they started.  Multiple people have asked me in amazement if I had a lawn service, and then went on to say how bad my grass looked and that I should get my money back. 

L and M guarantees to control weeds and improve the health and color of your lawn, but unfortunately that didn't happen for me.    I called at least twice to voice my concerns about a rogue, weedy grass that had begun to develop.  Nobody ever told me what it was, nor were they able to eradicate it.  Now I have the weedy, coarse grass, brown areas and (gasp!) some areas with possible grubs.  It's really sad.

Then, I was so disappointed by the end of the season and got no response about my concerns that I didn't send in the final payment.  They turned my $50 payment over to a collections agency.  Perfect.  So I sent the final payment in with a letter about my dissatisfaction and directions to cancel any future services.  It has been two weeks since they cashed my check and nobody has contacted me. 

We used this company many years ago and were very satisfied.  The people you will speak to are pleasant.  They are punctual and considerate.  The grass just looks terrible (which was the point of the service anyway).  I don't know what happened.

My front yard has two steep of a slope. The discount makes it very worth while.  My yard is green.  I've only seen one persistent weed.  They said if it doesn't go away, they will come an take care of it.  I don't have any dandelions.

TECH VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HAD FUNGUS ON GRASS AND THEY TREATED AND CURED. TELEPHONE PEOPLE VERY HELPFUL AS WELL.

EVERYONE IS VERY POLITE AND EASYGOING. THEIR PRICES ARE SOMEWHAT COMPETITIVE.
