On the phone I asked for cost of routing out sewer line in the basement. Sec'y said it depends on the length of the line and how clogged; $40 service call waived if I hire to do the work. I was desperate so figured worth a try. The man who came clearly showed by his attitude that he did not want to do the unpleasant job. His estimate was $350.00. Wow. I commented that this was really steep, and suggested that if he really wanted work, he should lower his fee (and I'd hire him in the future as well) but he was not moved. He collected his $40 service fee and left. Very unpleasant. In the end I found another company to do the work for $80.00.

We were leaving on a trip out of town and it just so happened that we forgot to bring something with us. So we went back home to get it. I heard a sound in our game room, like a constant tapping sound. I looked around and saw water dripping from the ceiling onto the carpet. I went up stairs to the second floor and found a leak in the shut off valve to the toilet. I called Kwiatkowski plumbing. A repair tech came over in a few hours. He replaced the leaky valve. We asked him to install shut off valves in two water lines in the basement. He did so. The work was extremely clean, neat and properly done in a short amount of time. If we would have left then we would have had a huge mess to deal with. Great job!

This included the pipes going to the upstairs bathroom, and tore down the ceiling so he could get to it. He was outstanding. Price was fair. Work seems fine.

The work was completed within a day. Rich sent a crew of three with one showing up around 8 a.m. to get started and the other two showing up around 9:30 or so. I thought the price was a little high but I had not gotten other estimates and wanted the work down right away. Very pleased with the work and the crew was nice. By the weekend, the toilet was back to continuously running but a call was made to Rich Monday morning and someone came out that day and fixed the problem.

I thought they were very prompt, courteous and professional. They did give me a $100 discount on the price.

Richard used to come out and do the jobs himself, but since he has expanded his company, he has started using apprentices that he trains very well. It took the guy that came out a total of six hours to get the job done and the cost was pretty expensive, but well worth the money.

VERY AFFORDABLE PRICING, VERY COMPETENT, COURTEOUS, HELPFUL ADVICE. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND. WHEN FIRST REPLACEMENT DID NOT WORK (FAULTY CONNECTIONS), GOT A SECOND ONE RIGHT AWAY, AT NO COST.

USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. FELT RIPPED OFF ON A PREVIOUS VISIT, BUT GAVE HIM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. THIS TIME, FELT VERY RIPPED OFF. DRAIN WAS NOT CLEARED, WAS OVERCHARGED, AND FELT HE WAS TRYING TO SELL ME UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. TO HIS CREDIT, RESPONSIVE AND GOOD WORKER (WOULDN'T SAY THE SAME ABOUT HIS HELP), BUT NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

I LOOKED IN THE YELLOW PAGES FOR A PLUMBER AND CALLED SEVERAL OF THEM. THIS COMPANY ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY AND CAME IN A FEW HOURS. THIS WAS IMPORTANT BECAUSE THE PIPE UNDER THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM ROTTED OUT AND WE NEEDED TO USE THIS SINK. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEANED UP THE BATHROOM AFTER HE WAS FINISHED. VERY PROFESSIONAL.
