I had 2 projects lined up, a kitchen faucet replaced, and bathtub shower faucet rest or replaced. Replaced the kitchen faucet. But did not seem too interested in wanting to repair or replace it. I provided the new faucet. I paid a lot of money for not much time there to do the work. Less than 2 hours. I reached out to express concern, but no follow up.ð  Â

Potential clients are always welcome to refuse and are encouraged to shop around for the best price available for the work they wish to be completed. We understand that you feel the work was completed too quickly for the costs that the work incurred and we apologize for this, but we pride ourselves not only on our professionalism but our experience in everyday plumbing work and repair. We do charge a $ 60.00 trip fee; however, we waived that for you on the day of service. The technician did install only the kitchen faucet that you provided. Our technician listened to your concerns about the tub faucet and provided you with options that you declined. We did receive a call regarding your concerns and it was discussed with you the options that you had declined. Up-front pricing is given to our clients as we do not like to give surprise invoices. Contacted me immediately, and set up a quotation/work appointment. Phoned before arrival to verify, evaluated the work and quoted. Once I accepted, he had the material with him and was immediately ready to proceed with repairing the pipe leak in the wall. Laid down a ground cloth and wore shoe covers for cleanliness, and did well cleaning up afterwards. The quotation visit fee ($60) does seem a little steep, as if you decide to get multiple quotes it would definitely impact savings/cost, and as it took only a few minutes to look at and evaluate the job, it seems even more excessive. But I am happy with the work, as well as the worker (Bill) who did the job.

Replaced kitchen faucet that I had a replacement for and put a simple part on the outside faucet and charged $490. Very pricy, not here long. Showed up without a face mask but covered feet? I would get more estimates or pay the Homebuilder fixed rate before calling again.
