I've been using Karl for all my gas furnace and plumbing maintenance since I bought my house 13 years ago. For this year's annual maintenance of the gas furnace, Karl arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner. Other times that I've hired him he's called when he is running late to let me know and/or to reschedule. Karl does good work at reasonable prices. I've recommended him to others who have also been satisfied.
