Water was coming in our house through a sleeve around our water main line. The water company determined that it was a service line break. The previous year we purchased water line insurance and the insurance company gave us a list of plumbers that we could contact. Based upon previous reviews, we contacted Krupp Whitney Plumbing. The same day that I called, Nathan came out to look at our problem. The insurance company accepted his proposal, and his crew came a day ahead of schedule and started work. They were able to replace a long section of pipe without disconnecting our water heater or breaking up our floor. Although they originally planned to seal the sleeve from outside our house, they couldn’t find its end since it went under our porch. Michael lubricated the new pipe with motor oil to make it slide through the existing hole from the broken pipe and give it extra water resistance, sealed the area between the pipe and sleeve inside our house, and checked for leaks. Recommended!

This company was great; they ran into a problem with the original plan, but quickly switched to plan B and finished all my work in a very timely and professional manner.

Joe arrived about 15 minutes late as he had a delay because of car broken down on roadway. He was very nice, wore covers over his shoes to save carpet, and went to work immediately. He fixed the drain in about 35 minutes and everything is working fine now.

Nathan went above and beyond to get us set up with a video camera test within our very short timeline of 2 days, despite their full schedule, on a house which we were under contract to purchase. They arranged a specific time, rather than a window (like most) and when traffic had them running behind called to let me know, even though it turned out to be less than 10 minutes. The testing was done quickly and efficiently and within the hour we knew that there were several issues with the sewer pipe that would have to be corrected. Their combined responsiveness, inexpensive testing service and expertise is saving us a mountain of money that we would have had to shell out shortly after moving in. Hoping to convince the seller to have them do the work, as I expect it would be done well, and the estimate seemed fair given the extent of issues.

I called Krupp Whitney and after exchanging voice mails, we connected live in less than 24 hours, and they were able to have a plumber at my house in 4 hours. He offered sooner, but my work schedule couldn’t accommodate. The plumber arrived on time and worked very hard to identify the root of the problem and communicated each step of the way. The plumber was knowledgeable, focused on quality work, and was ver nice.

My plumber completed the new pipe installation from the end of the driveway to the main. Krupp Whitney showed up the very next morning and did the trenchless work under the driveway. Worked perfectly. At the end of the project I saved $7,500 when compared to the home buyers requested plumber.

HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WHICH NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR

It was like watching sausage being made. Not much fun...but the finished product sure tasted good.

We purchased an old house in May 2017 which started to show a sewer line problem soon after we moved in. We needed to get the main sewer line fixed. We got several quotes including from some big name companies. They all offered to perform the same kind of job. KW Plumbing is among the ones that asking for the lowest price, actually much lower than the highest one. We picked KW Plumbing and signed the contract one day in the morning. We told the other companies that we were going to do business with KW Plumbing. An hour later, one company called me and offered to match the price. I said no to them. Well, it turned out I made the right choice. All I want to say is that Joe, Nathan and their people took care of everything from the first day to the last. They followed the code closely. Once they had to dig out the line again just to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with their job. I already recommend KW Plumbing to some of our neighbors and don’t mind sharing our experiences on Angie’s list.

Let's just say right off the bat that Krupp Whitney Plumbing has to be by far the most Honest and Meticulous plumbers I have ever had work performed to my house. They saved me over $10,000.00 since Roto Rottor wanted to RIP me off $16,000.00 for the same job that Krupp Whitney plumbing did for $6,000.00 to replace my main sewer line to the house. They had all new state of the art equipment which cut down on the repair time. They were early every morning to begin work and they worked like a machine all day. You can tell they really cared about doing the repair correctly and not cut corners, they ensured everything was up to code and done right. They left my yard in better shape than it was. Trust me if you look at my pictures below they had to dig a lot of first to reach the sewer line. Lastly, when the inspector arrived to sign off on thier work they completed for me, he mentioned to me that I could not of chosen a better plumbing company than Krupp Whitney since he has inspected several other jobs they have done in the past and they always go above and beyond to ensure everything is done with perfection. All I can say if you need a Plumber you can not go wrong with Krupp Whitney Plumbing company, they are top notch in my eyes.

We purchased a house that had a non-performing sewer. Joe, Nathan and crew did an excellent job for us getting everything back in shape. The re-lining saved us thousands of dollars compared to excavating as we would have had to restore landscaping, fencing, hardscape, lawn etc. They gave us a bid and returned on the date promised. The crew was polite, courteous, explained every process and left our property without incident. We have referred them to others and they are in the process of helping us out with another property that we own. A great company to do business with!!

Absolutely awful service! It took 3 weeks for repairs to our sewage line to be completed during which time we were unable to use any water or toilets! Not only that, but they broke open the sewage line and left it open for three weeks so mud and clay then built up in the lines as well. The crew dropped off heavy equipment after dark the day before starting the project and broke my nice sandstone retaining wall, but the owner said that it couldn't be proven that their workers had caused the damage. Of course, this is not what he had said originally the day after the damage was done, but conveniently this issue was forgotten when the owners tried to collect their money after the service was completed. Horrendous experience. Do not repeat my mistake!

we have hired them and will pay them once the work is done. So far, they are an excellent company. The final verdict is still out, but if the work done so far is an indication if their professionalism and timeliness, then I am quite sure they will get an "A".

arranged for a quote to plumb a house. owner came, looked the job over, and because we were anxious to get started, promised to get me a quote by the end of the week (2 days later). that was three weeks ago and still no quote. we went with another company.

Excellent work. Someone was on the job in an hour. Joe removed standing water, descaled the pipes and tested the drain. Spent an hour working hard to make things the best they could be. he was quite pleasant, courteous, and explained what was going on with the pipes and what I might look for in the future.

I can honestly say Joe was the best plumber I've ever used. Prompt, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy. They've earned a customer for life and should be grateful to have such a great teammate.

Out of many plumbers and sewer companies that I called, KW came in at the most competitive bid ($100) to do a video inspection. Most were quoting $300.
Their customer service was responsive, easy to communicate with, and quickly got me set up with an appointment with a very tight time window, where most were giving me 4-hour windows they'd possibly arrive in.
The plumber who came to do the inspection was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently, and told me that the sewer looked great. Everything was simple, easy, and as expected. I'd definitely recommend this company for a sewer video camera inspection.

Kevin came out Monday morning, after I called Sunday evening with a completely clogged bathroom sink.  He was punctual, professional, and efficient.  He cleaned out the drain that was clogged and also one that was slow draining.  I'm very satisfied with the whole job and price.  I would recommend Krupp Whitney to other people and I would use them again.

Since we were impressed with them so we hired them to do more work a week or so later with replacing hardware in all of her bathrooms such as valves, drains and replacement of her laundry tub. They are a first class organization we highly recommend them based on our experience with them. Its so hard to find honest and competent help these days but this company is both with a fair price.
