Krist Tile

His price was very competative.  His layout was well thought out and the installation was solid and was efficently performed exactly on the schedule he proposed.  He kept the file tight to the walls and cabinets so minimum trim work is required.  He seems to communicate best by email and answers emails faster than he returns phone calls which worked well for me.  Ed also provided and installed a theshold that was not part of his original scope at a very reasonable added cost.

Ed Krist was one of over a dozen tile people called to do a job. He was 1 of 3 to show up for an estimate. He was the best man for the job. I had been doing the bathroom myself and did not want to tile the subway tile around the tub. He came in and gave me an estimate and also gave me some tips on how to get the bathroom to the point he needed. first day he came in did the tub surround. day two he did the floor. and day three was only a couple hours to grout and clean up. He was a very down to earth guy. My house being over 100 years old was not square. he took the time to draw on the floor how close he could get the small tile design to line up to the best of his ability. I have nothing but praise for his personality and his work.

He gave me options to either replace or repair including a variety of different price options which I appreciated. He did it timely and professionally.
