General Remodeling
THE QUALITY OF THE WORK COULD BE RATED AS A-. THE WORK TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED, BECAUSE OF FAILURE OF THE PARTICULAR TRADE TO SHOW UP AS REQUESTED. THE COORDINATION OF THE SUB TRADES COULD HAVE BEEN IMPROVED. THE AREA WAS LEFT CLEAN, BUT WAS NOT MAINTAINED IN A CLEAN CONDITION DURING THE WORK. THE COST OF THE WORK WAS REASONABLE AS IT WAS COMPETITIVELY BID. THE WORKERS WERE POLITE, JUST NOT ALWAYS ON SITE.
