We chose Kitchen Distributors because we wanted the same company to do all parts of the kitchen, and they had the countertop and tile we liked.  We were very impressed with Tom (the installer) and his helper.  They came on time, did good quality work and cleaned up well each day.  We love our new quartz countertop and the look of the floor tile.  Tom was great.  The business owner caused delays to the project by scheduling the removal of our old floor before the new tile had arrived in Pittsburgh from the manufacturer, causing a 7 day estimated project time to extend to 3 weeks.  He also promised the installer he would bring the new dishwasher three days in a row with no follow through.
  Overall, we are very pleased with the materials used and the work done by the installer, but the communication problems between the owner and the installer caused unnecessary and annoying delay.  I say yes to hiring them again, but make sure you check with the owner frequently, and don't let them start the job until they have all the materials.  My spouse felt the delay was enough to say no, do not hire them.  But the finished kitchen is exactly what we had in mind, so I say it turned out well in the end.

This was a very good experience from quote to completion.  From design suggestions, to workmanship this contractor will do the job right.  Losing your kitchen function is very disruptive and Kitchen Distributors understands this and does everything they can to minimize the inconvenience.

installers were first rate, professional, and courteous. We were very pleased with the results. Denny was very easy to work with and met every expectation we asked of him.

We had our entire kitchen gutted and replaced.  The new kitchen design that Denny came up with for us has worked out better than we had could have imagined.  While it is never fun living through a construction project, the installers were professional and in the end my wife loved the results which is really all that matters !
Bottom line we felt that we got great quality at a fair price.  We would definitely do business with them again.

They did a very nice job. very timely and the estimate was spot on.  Very happy.

Took 10 weeks to do two bathrooms, workers worked a couple hours then left for other jobs.  Problem with plumbing that was never corrected.  I was told to call my own plumber to fix it.

Terrible. The sink came with the wrong holes drilled. The sink top appliances didn't match. The edges of the counter weren't correctly formed and chipped. They moved my existing refrigerator and damaged the water piping so it would no longer work. The refrigerator, father Dennis measured and ordered didn't fit the cabinet and then he claimed my wife picked out the refrigerator when he was at our house and personally did the measuring.

They did a good job of matching out-of-square walls. Company representative made a small adjustment to the design to ease installation.

THE COUNTERTOPS THEY PUT IN WERE AMAZING. WE HAD NO NICKS IN THEM AND THEY LOOKED FABULOUS. THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY QUIET.
