I have used Kevin for a long time now for all computer problems and advice--he is ultra forthcoming and has saved me -probably - thousands of dollars when the very highly regarded  manufacturer (after looking at it) told me that I needed a new computer and Kevin fixed what turned out to be a software conflict.
I absolutely recommended him and I will go to him again.
The only issue is that he is so busy that it is important to get a "will be fixed by "date.
Otherwise this shop is perfect!!

He was good. He’s personable and he’s very knowledgeable with both. He’s very, very good. He has also has somebody helping him so therefore if he won’t able to it the person would be able to help.

KEVIN'S SHOP WAS CROWDED BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS, YET HE TREATED ME, A FIRST-TIMER, WITH RESPECT. HE FIT ME IN AND TOLD ME TO STOP BACK IN AN HOUR. HE HAD FOUND THE PROBLEM, FIXED IT, AND TOLD ME I NEEDED SOME SOFTWARE TO STOP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN. HE GAVE ME A PROGRAM AND SINCE THEN I'VE BEEN BACK TO HAVE HIM ADD PROGRAMS AND MAINTAIN MY COMPUTERS. HE IS A GEM!
