I think they did a good job. I have used them before and this time was just as good as the last. They are honest and hard working and they don't try to do things that are not needed.

They were very prompt and worked hard to identify the problem. All the plumbing in our house is 80+ years old and many plumbers refused to work on it, but Tom and his guys did a great job dealing with the pipes and were very careful not to create any additional problems. They cleaned up after the job was done and the patched the ceiling they had to cut into very well.

HE INSISTED I NEEDED TO GET AN AMERICAN STANDARD LEVER, AND GAVE ME AN OUTRAGE PRICE TO REPAIR IT. THE PRICE TO REPAIR WOULD BE $189 AND TO REPLACE IT WOULD BE $400. I ALSO HAD A TOILET THAT NEEDED NEW INSIDES. THE GUY SAID THAT THE REPAIR WOULD BE $150-$200, BUT TO REPLACE IT WOULD BE $300. HE THEN SAID THAT THE FAUCET IN MY KITCHEN NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AS WELL. THE PRICES HE KEPT GIVING ME WERE EXORBITANT AND HE KEPT TELLING ME THAT ME THAT MY HARDWARE NEEDS TO REPLACED AND NOTHING IS OVER 3 YEARS OLD, RIDICULOUS. I EVEN HAD TO PAY HIM 70 DOLLARS JUST TO HAVE HIM COME OUT, BUT HE WOULD TAKE THAT OFF THE FINAL BILL. BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
