They do excellent work!  A date was set up for installation and it went very smooth.  In addition, he informed me of a rebate from the state of PA and a rebate from Obama's energy efficiency program!  This information saved us tons of money for which we were very grateful.  We have been using Kenjoco for years and have never been disappointed.  They are the best!

When we bought this house, the existing furnace and air conditioner were undersized and end of life. Ken and Joe offered a good price and a brand we did not recognize. They assured us of the quality of the products.What was really great about these guys was their professionalism and courtesy. They were there when they said they would be. The quality of the installation is first class - no short cuts. Everything worked as planned.Also, more than 7 years later, I can say the products they installed are also first class.  Since then they have done some regular maintenance service for us. Still great.

I called them as their sticker was on the furnaces and we had just purchased the home. They knew the house and were able to tell me when it was last serviced and how often it was serviced. They called to say they were running late and then showed up when he said he would. He was polite, professional, efficient and quite helpful. He explained the two systems to me and adjusted them to my liking. He took about two hours to complete everything and cleaned everything up. He even removed his shoes when he came into my home. Definitely will continue using them.
