Since that meeting in 2003, I have used Ken exclusively to remodel our original starter home and now that we are in our final home, he is helping us completly gut and remodel a 5 Bedroom, 90 year old Mt. Lebanon brick home.
Ken has spent most of his career working in Mt. Lebanon and the South Hills, so he is an and quot;old home specialist.and quot; He's very good working on these homes and unfortunately, he's developed quite a knack for fixing other contractors' poor work.
Ken has very good artistic sense and a good and quot;feeland quot; for room layout and flow. His suggestions are always on target and I really value his input on all design ideas. He has a good way of balancing out and quot;pragmatic vs. dreamand quot; and making it all work.
As far as pricing, Ken's value is much more than he charges. He is very affordable and he is also exceptionally HONEST. You will never have to worry about him cutting corners or saying one thing and doing another.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ken and will continue to use him myself for as long as he is in business.
