Ryan responded quickly to my initial call. He listened to what I wanted and helped me figure out my plans/designs, etc. He came up with some great ideas I hadn't even thought of, and was extremely knowledgeable. He truly is creative and has a great eye for design. He was always responsive to my calls and showed up exactly when he was supposed to. Even my painter commented on how professional and dependable they were. Ryan and his workers did great quality work, were friendly and always cleaned up after themselves. My kitchen and floors are BEAUTIFUL - I couldn't be happier with them. His fees were super reasonable. I will definitely use him for any future work I have done and refer him to all of my friends.

They were a pleasure to do business with. Showed up daily on time never late, always kept me informed of issues that might have come up, were always up front and honest on any questions or concerns, and did a beautiful job of transforming my rooms look and feel drastically. I would 100% in the future use Kelly's creative concepts again for any future work at my house, or recommend to a friend.

     Ryan arrived punctually at 9:00am on a Saturday morning.  He had called two days prior to confirm the date and time. He went right to  work and cleaned our sofa bed and a recliner chair.  He also cleaned the carpeted stairs which hadn't been cleaned in a while. He did an excellent job on the  furniture upholstery and  especially the stairs.  Everything looked fresh and clean when he was finished. He cleaned up afterwards and then called the next day to check that we were satisfied with the job he had done.  I would use Kelly's Creative Concepts again.   I thought his prices were reasonable- $100 for the sofa, $50 for the chair and $70 for the stairs.
