We meet Phil when we viewed one of her listings. We did not buy that house, but began with her assistance, looking for a home. After we viewed a no way or almost house, Phil just said OK , let's keep looking. We finally found the perfect home for us, Phil helped with closing needs and the utilities change at the new home. She was there for all our questions . She suggested questions we should ask. It was comforting to have a knowledgeable professional, to aid us through the whole process. We wanted to change some colors of paint in the bedrooms. Phil helped with the painter , by forwarding a referral from the former owners.
