They do a fantastic job cleaning our home. We are so happy to have found people who are professional and friendly. Our house has a lot of original woodwork, and it has never shined so beautifully before! We were impressed from the beginning when Joy responded to our inquiry quickly, and answered all our questions. She helped us determine a schedule that worked for us and was flexible about finding a good day/time to come that fit our work schedules. And as a bonus, they are friendly and comfortable around our dogs!!

Joy is great- I travel a lot and don't always have time to keep up with the standard dusting and cleaning beyond the basics. My house is sparkling when they are done, and they are animal lovers which is a big plus b/c I have two small dogs. If I'm in town, my older dog is loose while they clean and she gets lots of attention and love from them while they work. I trust Joy in my house and would recommend her to anyone.

Joy met with me approximately two weeks prior to the cleaning to provide a quote. She arrived on time and made note of the things I specifically asked her to do. She went over the notes prior to leaving to make sure everything was clear. She quoted a price range with a and quot;to not exceedand quot; amount.
The day of the cleaning, Joy and her team arrived exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job. She completed all the tasks we discussed and did so with excellence.
I found her to be professional, friendly, and fairly priced. Her customer service is outstanding, and I highly recommend her service.

It went great. Joy and her team are very professional and meticulous in cleaning everything. We have a fairly large house with a ton of wood trim. They clean all of the trim each time, use murphys oil on all of the doors and closets, dust, vacuum, scrub the toilets and tubs and clean all the hardwood/tile floors on their hands and knees. They bring all of their own equipment and cleaning products.
I work from Home and Joy and her team have been extremely accommodating working around my schedule.
I would recommend them to anyone. They do a fantastic job.

I called Joy after reading her reviews on Angie's list. She scheduled an appointment and arrived right on time. I explained to her what I needed done after the construction. I had been out of my home for 5 months and as a result of the construction it was pretty dusty with lost of cobwebs and other construction dust. Joy explained to me what she and her crew would do and gave a written estimate plus a list of references. Joy arrived on the scheduled day for the cleaning , calling ahead to let me know she was on her way. Joy and her crew cleaned steadily for about 4 hours. When she was finished we did a walk through of the house and I was totally amazed! It was spotless and shiny and had a wonderful fresh clean scent! I would definitely recommend Joy. She was prompt, professional and very warm and caring. Will definitely call her again. A PLUS all the way for Joy and her crew! Thanks Joy.

I called Joy and two other vendors for quotes and questions. Joy returned my call and promptly scheduled a time to come over and provide an estimate. I recently had construction performed in my home (new windows and insulation blown in throughout). As a result, my house was super dusty. I have a 4 bedroom, 2 full bath ranch home. She was able to clean it while I was away on business (within a week from the initial contact). She spent time wiping down the walls and doors, the hardwood floors, light fixtures, shelves, everything on the shelves, etc. - the place looked great when I returned home. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again- thorough, professional, on time. A solid and quot;Aand quot;.

Joy was prompt to return my calls, view the house to provide an estimate, and to start working. So far, I have been very happy with the work provided. Joy has a very good work ethic. I would recommend her cleaning services to others.
