this was a hard job - in fact John said it was one of the hardest he had undertaken. the quality of the work was excellent - and John and his assistant were very respectful and efficient. I had a bit of sticker shock but ultimately I was happy I went with someone with John's experience and professionalism.

John arrived on time, was very easy to deal with, diagnosed the problem, repaired or replaced switches, bulbs, etc. There were numerous items that had been an annoyance for years, and now they are taken care of. I would highly recommend him.
