JOHN LIBERATORE WINDOW CLEANING

John is excellent and his prices are reasonable if not downright low. He has cleaned our windows for the past 10 years or so. He contacts us without prompting, and always performs the work on the promised date. (We need to unlatch screens from the inside in preparation for his visit, so the accuracy and punctuality is appreciated.)

Because we were experiencing rain water runoff into basement. John came out to our house the same day to take a look at the gutters. He told us that they were not clogged, but were sloped incorrectly. John did not charge us. We are delighted with his prompt response and his pointing out to us the real problem. We would definitely go to John in the future.

John has cleaned our gutters for more than four years, now. I first contacted him when I had a severely clogged gutter during a heavy rainstorm. He showed up the very next day and not only cleaned the gutters, but also removed and unclogged the downspouts. For window cleaning, he shows up twice a year to clean all the windows. The price is extremely reasonable. He shows up every fall, after the leaves are done falling, to clean the gutters. If we are not home, John just leaves an invoice in the front door jamb. No muss, no fuss, and the job is done quickly and completely. I have also asked John to recommend other contractors for various types of home maintenance services and he has provided some good references for us. I would not hesitate to recommend John for window cleaning and gutter cleaning. (In fact, I have recommended him to many friends and neighbors.)

We have found John through "Pages of Happiness" in Angie's List magazine. He has received such a stellar report that it was worth a phone call to get an estimate. I was surprised to have a phone answered by a human rather than an answering machine, which most of the cleaning companies have. I was assured that John would get an estimate to me within 48 hours and was pleasantly surprised to see him on my doorstep that same afternoon. He was very courteous and thorough and, although the price quoted was slightly higher than other estimates, was hired right away. He came out the next business day like promised and did an excellent job. I am so pleased with his work that I recommended him to my neighbor and would definitely hire him again.

We contacted John Liberatore and asked him for an estimate to clean the windows at our house (exterior only). He came that same day and provided a reasonable quote. We've never used a window cleaning service but John walked me through everything and answered my questions patiently and with good humor. He didn't pressure me and he made sure I understood his price was the same whether he did the windows monthly, every other month, or quarterly. I agreed to have him do the work and he showed up later that week as promised. He worked quickly, and did a great job! All the windows sparkle, and our three sliding glass doors that face east have NO streaks when the morning sun hits them (which was never the case when I tried to clean them!). I noticed after he left that he had wiped all the window frames--no more dead bugs or cobwebs--and even removed some cement particles that have been stuck to one window ever since we moved in. That kind of attention to detail impressed me, and we'll certainly be using John's services again.
