+ -1 moreWhen we vacated the apartment in July 2010 all was cleaned and spotless including the A/C and fireplace. As of October 12, 2010, Trends capital has not returned our required security deposit as per lease. Nor have they returned phone calls or given any indication if there was a problem.
Description of Work: When we moved into the "cleaned" apartment - the A/C unit had so much black mold and gunk on it that it couldn't be run until it was cleaned. There was a fireplace with 6" of soot and ashes that were never removed. The stove burners and oven were caked with grease. Apartment went 3 weeks without toilet use because it was broken and it took that long for them to come out and fix it. Paid $65 per month extra for a parking space that was not available. Given another space and that was not a cleared space - debris and snow not removed. Garbage in the dumpster outside the building would not be removed in a timely manner and would be scattered in driveway and would smell.
