Jimmy Johns Construction LLC

Three months passed after they received our deposit. Promises were made during the three month period that they would do the work. At the end of three months I told them I no longer wanted their services and asked for my deposit back. Jimmy Johns Construction refused. I had to get the Upper St. Clair police dept. involved to recover my money/deposit. .

Jimmy John's Construction is actually performing work on my neighbors property.  Due to their negligence there has been damage to my property.  I have spoken to the new home owner concerning the damage and was assured that it would corrected.  Unfortunately this did not occur.  Instead, I returned from vacation to find further damage to my property which resulted in water damage inside my basement.  I approached the works of the Jimmy John's crew and was verbally accosted and insulted with curse words.  I will address my issues with the new homeowner, however, if you are planning on hiring this company, I would consider the behavior that they have with the neighbors and their belligerent, hostile and caustic attitude towards the others in the neighborhood.
