Our vacuum cleaner was blowing dirt around instead of sucking so we took it to Jim's for repair. He kept the vacuum cleaner for 2 months. I checked on it several times and he rudely told me that the parts were still on backorder and he would call when it was ready. When I went to pick it up finally he was somewhat brusque and unapologetic for the delay. When I got it home, the vacuum was still broken. Fortunately he charged less than 10 dollars, but I don't think he really did any work on the vacuum. I will definitely not be going back there.
