JIFFY LUBE

There was nothing to do, and didn't explain anything. The wait time was maybe three hours. No loaner car.

I have been taking mine and my moms car here. They do a good job. I never feel like that they are trying to talk me into something that I do not need. They are very honest. They tend to go above and beyond with their work.

It was a pretty good deal. I waited inside for the oil change to be finished, and it only took about 30 minutes. It was really fast. I was happy with the service.

I had to wait a long time for the work to get completed. I became concerned since it usually does not take this long based on my other oil changes. I was told that there was a problem with a tool that was required to change the oil filter, but that this was being addressed and I would have the work completed shortly. After an hour and a half, I was informed that they in fact did not have the appropriate tool on site and that I would need to return on a separate day in order for the work to get completed. I scheduled this appointment and upon arriving back I was assured that things would go smoothly. After another extensive wait, and a lot of anxiety on my end watching them attempt to work on my car, I was informed that someone was going to drive to pick up the special wrench required to change my oil filter. I received sparse communication during these wait times and was left to my own thoughts regarding what they were doing to my car, because I could tell they were attempting to pry something off from under my car. After another prolonged wait, I was again informed that the wrench was in hand and the work was completed. This was a total of 1.5 hours day 1 and 2 hours day 2 of time I waited. I was not offered any compensation despite the promise of a 30min oil change at the start of this ordeal. I demanded to speak with a manager and after doing so I was offered a free oil change in the future, but only if I returned to that specific Jiffy Lube. Needless to say, I am reluctant on returning to this service center. Oh, and they did rotate my tires as part of their oil change service, and when I was leaving, they assured me my wheel lock was back in my car. Due to my 2 prior experiences, I was not so willing to believe this without confirmation. Sure enough it was on their shelf in the garage bay. Would have been real cute to have to change a flat without my wheel lock. Thanks Jiffy Lube in GreenTree for your professionalism and attention to detail. (Other Jiffy Lubes have been great.....this one puts the company name to shame!).

They are fast, but a little bit more pricey. The workers explain to you what is going on. I was last there a month ago.

THEY DO A GOOD JOB AND DON'T TRY TO MAKE YOU BUY ANYTHING YOU DON'T NEED. I LOVE THEIR WAITING ROOM WITH TV TOO.
