Jenn-Air Repair Pittsburgh

Norris appliance service diagnosed bad circuit board in Jenn-Air double wall oven. Circuit board no longer made. Found on line site "Fixyourboard" that could repair it. Had it fixed, put wires back into boards, but had question about whether a couple of wires were in the right place. Norris would not look at it. On line found a Utube video showing Jenn-Air Repair. Called them, explained I needed someone to compare actual wiring to circuit schematic, wihich I had. No problem, technician would be there 8 AM tomorrow (4/10). Insisted on getting my credit card number, but would not charge card till service done. 9 AM, no one had come. Called them. First call, couldn't find the appointment, transfer to non working number. Recall, transfered to number with no one answering. 3rd call, transfer complete. Answer was the tech. cancelled all of his morning appointments (but hadn't called customers). They said they could send someone in PM, 3-5 o'clock. At 3 PM, they called to cancel the appointment, as they had no one who could work on Jenn-Air in spite of their name. However, they offered to refund the $50 credit card charge that they had already put through. I could not find an address for them, so I wonder if they are a real company.
