We had a drainage problem in our yard. I thought we needed a French drain. John talked me out of a more expensive French drain and thought he could solve the problem by slightly regrading getting rid of a bowl and two humps. It's been only one week with a few short rain bursts but so far all rain water is draining off nicely. John previously did major regrading both of our kids backyards to make them more usable and it definitely worked.

Refused to provide receipts and warranty in writing and asked for cash, I would never recommend them.

"I had not met this person when we did the work. I think it was her husband hired us. We did the work for him. He inspected the work it was completed. He said it wasnt growing. Good later we went back and receded. The lady that wrote this review came to me when we were there after we were completed and the work was done and paid for and said she wanted to receipt. I gave her a receipt. I do not know why she is posting this. This is not fair I ask and she needs to take this post down because it was not correct and they would not do so so we are no longer a customer of Angi Leads"

John and his 2 sons were just awesome. John came to my house minutes after I searched him out on Home Adviser. John made a suggestion that saved me thousands of dollars, I liked his suggestion and could not be happier. His price was very reasonable. I just needed landscaping to install patio stones, so I had John landscape the yard and put the compacted stones and I would finish laying the sand and paver stones. Well, when I tried laying and screening the sand, it did not go so well, So I called John back and ask him if he could finish screening the sand. He was more than happy to finish the job and he was very prompt returning to my home. I would highly recommend JDS Presion Industries.

Completed the project on time. Price was low compared to other quotes however I think he skimped some on materials. The project doesn't look professionally finished. John came back and fixed one area I thought there might be a problem with. He followed through again and discussed and explained another concern I had.

Nice guy, built my wall. Not level leaning already, had to finish other side myself because I didn't like his work.

"This comes as a disappointing surprise. Upon completion of the original agreement to the specs within, the customer had asked about increasing the height of one of the walls. We did not have extra material to fulfill his request and explained that additional material would have to be purchased and was given a price. The customer was not willing to pay anything extra for this additional work but paid in full for the contracted agreement. We were never aware of any dissatisfaction of the quality of our work. We offer a one year warranty on all our work and would have been happy to address any issues if we'd been given a chance. Only receiving a notification through a review two years after work was completed leaves us in a place of mutual disappointment."

Quick response and quote time and very quick start and finish of my yard project. I had a lot of dirt removed and tree stumps removed and leveled. Job completed in one day and John really cared about what I wanted done. No complaints, very happy with service. John was very friendly and hard working.

Hired to build a retaining wall with the disclosed intent to later add on a patio. Many points of unhappiness with the job but his rates were one of the lowest so we kept the majority of the complaints to ourselves. We were told this wall and drain would take care of our water problems, which started to get better at first but we still have pools of 2-3 inches of water less than a year later. What we find to be completely unacceptable is that we recently got quotes from several other contractors to add on a patio and every contractor told us, in writing, that the current wall built by JDS is not structurally sound with the main reason that it wasn't dug out and built into the ground ("not built on bond"). Instead, it was built on a slab of rock. We contacted JDS and were told "this was your design" and asked we it took almost a year for us to complain. Our DESIGN was to have a wall built, the structural soundness and how the wall is built is why we hired (what we thought was) a professional.

"We built this wall to the customers spec's, we put everything in writing and it was signed by the home owner. One year later he wanted to add onto to wall.with a totally new design that changed the scope of the work.. We are sorry for the customer being unhappy but we did our work to the contract."
