+ 3 moreIan Toole from JCI was strongly recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent after we had to fire the General Contractor originally hired for a $70k renovation due to incompetence and unsatisfactory work, among other reasons. We met with several Contractors who were all extremely helpful in trying to assist us with repairing a renovation gone bad, but Ian went well above and beyond in every aspect of the job. This included meeting with us to discuss our options, taking the time to fully understand our problems and concerns due to the previous contractor, developing solutions, providing suggestions and helping in any way he could. His pricing was more than reasonable, considering the difficult timelines and additional requirements we faced with a Section 203(k) Full Renovation.Ian and JCI was completely responsive, showed up on time, stayed until the job was done, cleaned up each day and provided quality subcontractors that shared the same strong work ethics as Ian. Choosing Ian and JCI turned a terrible experience into a positive finish. I would strongly recommend and will be using JCI in future renovations.
Description of Work: As General Contractor, JCI performed exterior painting, window and door repair/molding trim, extensive drywall and drywall repair, coordination of permits, baseboard installation and other corrections necessary due to removal of prior General contractor due to incompetence.As General, JCI subcontracted floor refinishing and plumbing.
