MR. RAMSEY COMPLETED THE JOB AND THEN WITHIN TWO WEEKS THE NEW FAWCETTS WOULD NOT TURN OFF. HE WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AND THEN WHEN WE WOULD FINALLY GET IN CONTACT WITH HIM HE MADE TWO APPOINTMENTS AT WHICH HE LATER NEVER SHOWED UP FOR. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HIM WHY HE DIDN'T COME OR CALL HE HUNG UP ON ME. WE HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER PLUMBER TO FIX WHAT HE HAD DONE JUST TO ENABLE US TO TURN OUR SHOWER ON AND OFF. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
