IRON EDEN

We went out to his shop and he was very personable. We weren?t in a hurry to get the bed. He had it for a while but it was not a big deal for us. He was able to modify it and now we are using it.

I ordered two sections of hand rails for the front steps. I didn't really want to have railings installed because I never really liked the look of them, but I needed them for safety reasons. I wanted something very simple, something that would add to the look of the house, not take away. In getting estimates, Iron Eden was not the cheapest, but the price seemed to be in line with the quality of the product I received. I chose Iron Eden to do the job because they had done some work in the neighborhood (other handrails) and I really liked the look of the finished product. I was also able to go to the shop to discuss my wants and needs. I emailed pictures of the front of the house and we went over what I wanted and where I wanted them using the pictures. It made a big difference being able to see and discuss my options. I didn?t like that when I called or emailed I did not hear back from them. I knew the railings would take a while to make, so after 5 weeks I called to get an idea of when I might expect installation. It took persistent calling to get someone on the phone, but I was told the railings would be installed in a week to 10 days. About 4 weeks after that call the railings were not here and I hadn?t heard from them, so I called a few times and soon after the railings were installed. The install was very professional and everything was cleaned up and left nice and neat. The posts were installed and then allowed to set. A few days later the rails were attached and then painted. I am very happy with the handrails, they look and feel great!

THE PRICES FOR THESE CURTAIN RODS, THEY WERE CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, WAS SO MUCH LESS THAN MANY I PRICED THROUGH ANY STORE. THEY DO NOT DELIVER, AND YOU DO HAVE TO WAIT, BUT ITS WELL WORTH IT. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC TO WORK WITH AND THEY WILL MAKE IT JUST TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS.
