He looked it over and said the computer was bad. I took it into the BMW dealership and they said that the thermostat valve gasket was leaking which would have become serious if left unattended.

Extremely disturbing experience. I found them to be very dishonest.

body shop after body shop replaced airbag and preformed body work.
was originally told when car was dropped off that service to clear light was $90

Owner contacted me and stated I needed new ECM (airbag computer) and cost would be $600. He also told me that $600 is not that much to spend. Also that in addition, the cost to program would be $100 to $200 more.

I inquired about a used ECM from another car and he said he never did that and it would be hard to find one for a 2013 car.

I asked him how much It cost to take my car out at this point and he told me I owed him $80 at this point. When I got there to get my car the h*** out of there, he charged me $100. Total rip off

I took my car to another shop and got the issue resolved for less than $100. This guy was going to charge me $800 but still hurt me for $100.

I have very satisfied with my experience with them. Their prices are half of what the dealership would charge. He is very cooperative and very pleasant to deal with. He has demonstrated his honesty time and again. I have full confidence in his abilities. He was a great find for me.

I would give them all A's and I would use them again.

The experience was fine. I took the car in for an emission inspection. I thought my car was under the exempt mileage, but the mechanic told me that my car didn't pass the emission inspection. He then re-checked the mileage and let me know that it was, in fact, under the exempt mileage. It might have been unintentional, but I don't think he was paying as much attention to detail as he should've been. When they took a look at the car, there were a few items that they found. Foreign cars can be a bit pricey, but it was more expensive than I had anticipated for what they did.

They had an appointment available on the day that I requested. Dropped off the car the night before. They called at about 9:30 in the morning to discuss what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Ron found 2 problems and worked to diagnose and fix them even though I had forgotten to mention them when I made the appointment. My car was done on time, for the price they had quoted, which I felt was a very reasonable price. Everything went smoothly

The work, as always, was superb, trustworthy, complete and performed in a timely manner. A description of the work and an estimate of the cost was done prior to the completion of the maintenance. The cost (including labor) was quite reasonable. The interior of my car remained as clean as when I dropped it off. My car did not smell of cigarette smoke or other chemical compounds when I picked it up. Ron reviewed the bill with me at the time of pick up, patiently listened to my questions and provided complete answers that I could understand. To describe Ron's skills as those of an auto mechanic grossly understates his knowledge and abilities. He is truly an "automotive specialist". Ron is polite, professional and very dedicated to his business that he runs with the assistance of his wife, Sue (also a delightful, helpful person). Ron is the automotive specialist you would be comfortable recommending to your wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, etc. He listens to the customer and takes his professional responsibilities seriously. Ron has serviced my cars for over 22 years. As a person who expects to get at least 150, 000 miles out of my cars, I can honestly say Ron makes that possible. Oh, and Ron quickly located the problem alarm sound in my car - an errant kitchen timer in my glovebox.

I have used this company for a long time. In fact, this is the only company that I use. The service is great and he is very creative in finding ways to fix cars. Even though he's about an hour away from me, I still drive that distance to get my car fixed. The punctuality is fair as you may have to wait a couple days before he could get you in.
