Everything went very well.
David responded within hours to my initial phone call.
He came to my house after work that very day to look at the job.
He took the time to explain what needed to be done, and what could complicate things.
He provided a written proposal, and proof of insurance.
The work was completed in one day.
I was at work, so David kept me appraised of his progress via cell phone.
David even provided and laid down grass seed and straw, which he was under no obligation to do.
Based on my experience, I can strongly recommend III Generation and David Fiori.

Got back to me with some options and pricing withing 24 hours.

He seemed extremely nice, and we had high hopes for him to do the work.  But Dave never provided the quote that he promised and did not return my call when I followed-up.  Not sure why, but if he did not want to do work/could not do work, it would have been much better to just say so.  Very disappointed.

My husband put in concrete and it lasted for 30 years and his cracked right away. I called him when I had a crack and he never called me back. He finally did call back after three tries and told me he would come out to take a look but he never showed up and never called me back. I will see if I can get a hold of him again and if not I will not use him again.

In addition to my above comments I would add that Dave was thorough and had the job done in 2 das.  What had been a nightmare of a project was resolved by Dave and a plumber he recommended.  Dave returned to once again rebuild my wall, which looks great.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave, he's trustworthy and obviously takes pride in his work and company.

cleared the land and poured the concrete.  cleaned up entire area when finish.  Polite, professional.  got the job done quickly.  slighty overpriced, but well worth it for the quality received.  would recommend this company and would hire him again if the need arised.  thank you so much. 

I received an estimate and was prepared to have this company replace my old driveway with a new one. Due to circumstances on my site that neither I nor the contractor could have forseen, there was a delay in moving ahead. It was several weeks before the problem causing the delay was removed, but I stayed in touch and the owner claimed to still be interested in doing the work when we had the "all clear." When I called back to schedule the job, I go no answers and no call backs. Finally, when I reached the owner, he told me that he hadn't called back because he was in the process of deciding if the company was going to stay in, and move ahead with, the paving side of the business. He gave the impression that it was not likely and that any rate he would not be taking my job afterall. I was surprised that I had not been contacted sooner because in all previous contacts the owner had been very professional and forthright. I was prepared to have his company do the work and if it went as well as I expected, to have them return the following year to rebuild my back porch and patio. I notice that the company continues to advertise itself as offering the sam range of services as before (including driveway paving) so I don't know if the residential paving side of the business survived or not.

I loved them. They were extremely professional and did a very good job. They had all the right equipment and were very careful with the rest of my yard. They ran into problems that were beyond their control and they fixed those problems with a minimal additional amount of money. We are just exceptionally happy with their service.

We received an estimate promptly from III Generation Excavating and all work was completed exactly as promised. Dave and his crew were professional and courteous.

Took two days, from start to finish. They worked full days and were done on time. Professional.
