Ian Alvarez

Description of Work: Ian worked on my front yard and the bed that runs along the side of my house. He also provided trash removal services for several hundred pounds of construction debris from a bathroom remodel. For the front yard, he removed debris (e.g., broken tree limbs, and dead leaves), trimmed back my overgrown plants, transplanted several plants from the side of the house to the front yard (i.e., a large hydrangea, several clusters of hostas, ferns, a yuca plant, and lilies). He spread shade appropriate grass seed, fertilizer, and mulch. He also used stones he had dug up while working on the front yard and placed them artistically to create neat areas of landscaping. He provided additional soil to fill in an area that was uneven. Ian completely cleared the long bed that runs the full length of the house, approximately 65 ft long and 2-3 ft deep, and prepped the area to be planted (e.g., tilling and aerating the soil).
