A nightmare. He did not show up when he said he would. He did not protect the rest of the house from the dust/mud used to do the job and did not adequately clean up after he left (even though his contract states he will). He did a terrible job patching the ceiling and an even worse job attempting to fix what he did. We had to replace the ceiling that he patched due to his poor workmanship. When we ripped down his work to replace it, we found the pipes he fixed were leaking as well. I was promised a refund but it was only partially refunded (months later). I took them to court for the remaining money owed and have won the case. They are not responding to my attempts to collect on the settlement. Total nightmare. Do not use this company of you are looking for quality craftsmanship or overall good business practice.

The project went better than I had expected given past experiences I've had with contractors.  
Lance's price was fair.    He called when he said he would.  He showed up when he said he would and he never a left a mess. Lance was professional and easy to work with.  The job was completed in a timely manner,  and it was obvious from the start that Lance took pride in his work.  
The end result was exactly what I had envisioned.  I couldn't have been more pleased and will definitely contact Lance for future projects.

The project started on time, and was completed ahead of schedule. The fence addition matched the existing fence perfectly. In addition, the work area was kept tidy throughout the project.
