The kitchen designer (George) at first seemed quite capable. Ultimately he made a number of major mistakes that cost us more money. This was our first kitchen and so we relied on his knowledge. One mistake was in the design that just looked terrible (contractor agreed). The other mistake was that he forgot to order one of the add on accessories that we requested. Not only did he deny his mistake, he told us that we took it off the order. It was a feature that we would never have taken off because of how much we wanted it. His boss, Jim Starr, dealt partly with the first error but after that he wouldn't answer calls, emails, etc. He told that we agreed not to make further complaints after we worked out the first error. If there weren't other errors by his employee we wouldn't have had to make further complaints.
