THEY SET AN APPOINTMENT, CONFIRMED THAT HE CAME TO MY AREA. HE NEVER SHOWED, NEVER CALLED, AND DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS. A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE HAD GONE WELL, BUT THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
