He was very willing to do what I wanted. He seemed reasonably professional. For the most part he did a very professional job. It was just one worker and he cleaned up well after himself. I think he did a pretty good job, but it could have been a little bit better. I think he is more into creating cabinetry, but I just had him altering what I already had. Depending on the project, I might use them again.

I originally hired Michael to repair my garage door after a friend referred him. He was able to return the door to its track, then replaced the broken cables and safety coils as well as lubricated the whole thing for smoother operation. While he was there I found out he does all kinds of home repair and miscellaneous work so I had him return to install new cabinets in my kitchen as well as a new countertop and flooring that I had picked out. On other occasions he replaced my front screen door and painted my game room, making sure to protect the furniture and carpeting, and thoroughly cleaned up when he was done. He always arrived on time and I feel that he gave me a good and fair price on all the work he performed.

I didn't question him as far as his prices. He was getting paid good money, $36/hr. When he said he had to take my drawer home, I figured he would really fix it using proper carpentry tools. When it came apart, I realized he'd only used glue.

He came on time. He was clean, responsive, and worked diligently on a number of projects. However, my floors are ruined! I think he was just out for the checks. After telling him I was unsatisfied, he simply said, well you are hard to work with.

I had such a good experience with this guy. He did the 2 jobs for me and he was great both times. He even put up the mailbox for me in the middle of winter. He is just a joy to work with and very reliable. He is very handy. He can do all sorts of jobs and does them very well. I would love to recommend this great handyman.

Matt answered my first call live, and came to see what was needed later the same day. He bought the necessary materials and completed the job within a week. In order to make the storm door latch properly, he fashioned an auxiliary piece of wood, that needed to be attached to the existing frame. Everything was done very well.

Mr. McNash was accommodating, clear in his explanations for his solution, and responsive to my suggestions for the details about the replacement post and mailbox. He returned my call within 24 hours [He had been out-of-town when I called.] He came over to inspect the job within an hour of his call and completed the work the next day. As he was analyzing the job, he mentioned that his primary skill was carpentry, but he seemed interested in working out a solution that was probably outside the usual type of carpentry that he did. I would definitely call him again, especially for work such as replacing counters or cabinets.

MATT RETURNED MY VOICE MAIL MESSAGE WITHIN A DAY. THREE DAYS LATER, HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THE FOLLOWING WEEK (7/10), MY HANDRAIL WAS IN PLACE. HE WAS VERY PROMPT, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MUCH MORE REASONABLY PRICED THAN A PRIOR ESTIMATE I HAD RECEIVED. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK. PLUS, HE SAVED ME MONEY ON MATERIALS WHICH I CAN RETURN TO HOME DEPOT FOR A REFUND.

PROFESSIONAL WORK COMPLETED. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. PLAN TO HIRE AGAIN.
