This information is based on extensive home auditing experience and knowledge and data obtained with specialized diagnostic procedures and equipment. Audits are preceded with resident interview to learn occupant experiences and problems, obtain and analyze energy consumption information, and to schedule the audit. Shortly thereafter, the customer receives a report containing the results and recommendations of the audit.
