Window Service
Overall experience: HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE. A request, on June 30th, for an ETA on the windows resulted in a tirade from the HH President. "YOU ARE NOT HELPING ME!...YOU ARE NOT MY CUSTOMER!" The very expensive, planter window was delivered damaged. One of the protective wooden skids was missing from the bottom of the window when the deliveryman set then slid the unit onto my front porch. Two of the windows suffered significant razor knife damage to the inside faces of their frames as a result of the careless cut down work on the frames. HH also removed every single original manufacture sticker from every window sash and frame, making it impossible for me to get warranty work done. Their suggestion to my window installer was to buy new windows. It's my opinion that this company has no interest in customer service and based on my two conversations with the president, has contempt for homeowners. Shop around, you will not have to look far for better windows and service.
