Highpoint Beauty Salon

It was Horrible! The service I was given by the 1st person who dyed my hair (her name is Dawn Williams) was unprofessional & their color is cheap! The colors faded out when I washed my hair the 1st time within just a few days after having it dyed! When I went back the 2nd time to have it corrected, she looked at my hair & told me she couldn't see any mistakes & they're were PLENTY! Instead of correcting the color the RIGHT way, she used a brush & just tapped on my hair! The 3rd time I went back for a cut, a different person was there. Her name is Cami Coates. I told her what happened & she could SEE the mistakes so she corrected the color in my hair for me the way it SHOULD be corrected (unlike the first person) tho she was missing an important product but did it anyway but again the color bled out :(  She also noticed my hair wasn't cut correctly. Another mistake by the first person (Dawn)! Cami tried to fix it a 4th time & again it bled out. She told me if I came back to the salon to have it fixed she would have to charge me! I told her I already paid over $100 & that includes tips & I wasn't paying anymore money for the hairdressers mistakes! That's their fault because their color is CHEAP! That's VERY unprofessional to do that to customers AND poor customer service! She offered to come to my house due to what was goin on at the salon. I told her she didn't have to but she was kind enough to . She tried a different color line tho told me the dark brown wasn't as dark. Told me it was lighter but that was the darkest shade it came in. Obviously I had no idea what I was in for! :(  Cami tried to fix my hair again but left when it was wet before I had the chance to see it & when I saw it I freaked out!! The roots were a light orange! A far cry from dark brown! :(  I then used a blow dryer to see how it looked dry. It was too light! I was NOT happy! There was a red tint & there were grays in my hair so again, not a good product of color! It took 5 times to have my hair dyed dark & it still didn't take right! I mean how hard is it to dye hair a dark color!? I wanted a dark chocolate brown on top (Not red! Not orange!) & black underneath. I was also told black is hard to get out of the hair! Cami went out of her way to help me & I appreciate it but still the results were not met! She also admitted she wished she could afford color of a better quality & I'm not the only 1 she had to correct color on due to another mistake Dawn made. Tho Cami left b4 I could see the mistakes in my hair, I texted her and told her what happened & she fought w/me via text & when I told her bout the grays in my hair she completely ignored me! 1 of the managers is Mary & when I spoke with her over the phone she was very unprofessional as well! She screamed at me & made excuses! I've been to many salons over the years & NEVER had a problem like this! I did have a problem with 2 other salons but they fixed the color & it only took 1 time! Not 5! There was another salon I went into as this was happening & told them what happened & even they said the products Highpoint used on my hair weren't professional. I will NEVER go back to Highpoint!
