I was very pleased with the entire experience. Cory was prompt and professional during the process of getting an estimate, and he worked with me to set up a job that was within my budget and still accomplished the painting goals.  His painter Dan was very pleasant and hard working, and was quick to point out different ways to approach some of the job in order to end up with a better final product.  I am very happy with the final result based on the cost, and I would definitely recommend Higgins Professional to others.

He was very professional and responsive.  He did everything he said he was going to do.  He didn't provide the service because of the extra cost to complete the service.  For the fact he wasn't able to do the job, he was professional the whole time.

Used Angie's Deal of the day, (320.00). They were on time, detailed and took pride in their work. They pointed out imperfections in the ceiling and walls and in plaster repairs that would show after painting. These were taken care of before the room was painted. While the plaster was touched up, and Josh their painter was there, I went ahead and had him paint the dining room since I already had the paint.

Cory, the the son of the owner and estimator, agreed to do the dining room at the big deal price. We agreed to then do the master bedroom priming and painting for $420.00 which involved three colors and two days. Cory gave me a break as it saved him and his painter from a wasted first day due to the plaster needed some touch up in the bedroom. Although I was going to paint the dining room later, given the price for both rooms, I decided to get it done then.

Higgins Painting was a easy to work with. They were pleasant, considerate, open to being flexible regarding what I wanted and how I wanted things.They returned calls, texts,and emails promptly. They did not try to sell me anything that was not needed or wanted. Josh was polite, friendly, neat, clean, on time, and did a fine job in both rooms. I recommend Higgins Painting and will use them again.

The work was supposed to be done on a Friday but, the painter hurt his foot and could not come.  I was upset because I had taken off of work.  The owner of the company called and apologized and so did other employees from the company.  The worker came out on a Saturday.  I was glad and shocked because they do not work that day.  When the painter came I was glad about the kindness and his timely arrival.  Being single and working I had to leave the painter alone in my home while I went to work.  When I got home the painter was almost done. The job was great it looked so good I almost cried.  I was very happy with the outcome.

The power washing job was excellent, arrived on time, did the work quickly and did a really great job.

Purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this company for 8 hours of painting.  I was contacted by Cory Higgins within 24 hours of my purchase and we scheduled an appointment to paint much earlier than I expected.  Even though they were booked for several weeks, Cory was willing and able to squeeze our small project in on a rainy day where they couldn't work outside.  Cory did not come himself on the day of service, but his painter showed up on time and he was extremely courteous and hard working. The painter was flexible and willing to do whatever was needed.  He even sought out additional work when he finished the original project early so that we got our full 8 hours.  Higgins will be my first call next time I need any painting!

They did an AMAZING job - Tough lines and seams, around windows, behind a radiator and on a floor and ceiling slope - This was a really awesome job -  what a transformation and all done so well - A really great experience, overall.

The job went very well. Don promptly came to the house after my initial call and I had my estimate in a day or so. Once I gave them approval on the estimate, they scheduled me within a few weeks. The entire job took 4 days.  Chuck removed the wallpaper on the first day and the next day Tom came in and started texturing the walls. Once the textured walls were dry, Chuck followed with the painting.  They arrived every morning on time.   Both workers were very polite, professional and neat.

I was very impressed that they do not ask for a down payment. They don't take payment until the customer is completely satisfied with the job. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed by everyone that I dealt with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

They did a good job. I was pretty happy with it. They definitely wanted to do a quality work but sometimes the attention to detail wasn’t perfect but overall, it was what I expected. I would say it was quite good and they were very responsive to problems and they fixed the problems very good.

They were very good. They were nice guys. They were on the lower end of the bids that I was getting, but I think 1500 Dollars for 3 rooms is a bit too much. We set up a time and date for them to come out and give me the estimate, and he had actually gotten lost when coming to my house, because the town next to us has the same street. He called me 10 to 15 minutes earlier to say that he was lost, and so he kept me informed. I plan to use them in the future.

The painter assigned was sadly sloppy.  He left behind streaks of paint on the wood floors and on the door knobs, stops, and hardware.  I even found paint spilled near where his car was parked in the driveway.   It took me hours to clean up after him.
