Tom was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He returned my call within an hour of my leaving the initial message to schedule an appt. (this alone was impressive---I called 2 other names from Angies list and they never returned my call). He had a lot of times and days available which was great as our schedule that week was quite hectic. He arrived early and immediately set about to work. He is a total professional and very pleasant to work with. He spent a lot of time on our work and remained upbeat and happy throughout---most would have gotten snippy! We are very happy to have found him and plan to use him as our go-to for all our computer woes. And I have already passed along his number to a few friends and relatives.
