Based on reviews I contacted this florist requesting something out of the box for a newly expectant couple plus birthday combo. Didn't exactly know what I wanted and the gentleman gave a few suggestions resulting in the choice of an English Garden. The bouquet was incredible and my daughter posted a picture of it on Facebook. It was beautiful. It was exciting to have such a unique arrangement and I highly recommend this florist. The staff were considerate, helpful, and patient.

Received an absolutely beautiful flower arrangement as a gift this morning, and I'm so impressed that I wanted to give Hepatica a great big A on Angie's List. The arrangement is absolutely stunning--in this case unique, colorful, and contemporary. Soooooo much better than what a lot of florists offer in terms of quality and distinction. (I'd upload a picture, but I don't see the option!)

I called in to have 12 roses for my anniversary. They did not have any in the shop, but went out the following morning and purchased roses to make an anniversary arrangement within 24 hours for me. Reasonable prices as well. Thanks!

The flowers were delivered to the funeral home, My Mother Loved butterflies and I mentioned it to them, so they had butterflies all through the flowers. Everyone said they were the most beautiful flowers there.

My son needed the flowers for a high school dance. No amount of my nagging would get him to order it ahead of time, so I left him to "fail" on his own. Last-minute, at his cousin's recommendation, he telephoned Hepatica the very morning of the dance! The florist prepared a corsage of four fresh white roses artfully arranged with delicate sprays of little costume jewels, a little greenery, and perfect ribbon color choice! The total effect was delicate but elegant! Plus, the corsage came in a lovely beribboned box, no ugly plastic thingy! This corsage was no more expensive than other quotes from local florists, and far less than many online florist sites I checked out. The Hepatica woman was very accommodating about having the flowers ready for my son at the time that would work for him to pick it up.

ONE OF THE MOST COURTEOUS FLORISTS EVER. THEY CALLED ME BACK TO TELL ME THAT THE SAME CUSTOMER HAD ORDERED WHAT I INTENDED AND WOUND UP SUGGESTING SOMETHING THAT SHE LIKED EVEN MORE. EYE-POPPING FLORAL DESIGNS. THE TOPIARY IS SOMETHING THAT EVERY WOMAN WANTS TO HAVE SENT TO HER.

THEY MADE EVERYTHING EASY AND WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR ALL OCCASIONS. CORPORATE EVENTS, WEDDINGS, BIRTHDAYS, HOLIDAYS. THE BEST ROSES IN PITTSBURGH.
